RJ Industrial Recycling is looking for a dynamic individual who is energetic about the scrap & demolition industry with a minimum of 5 years operating experience.
Operate heavy equipment
Maintain equipment - grease, daily inspections, safety, etc.
Contribute to a positive team spirit
Organize material and worker requirements to complete jobs
Load trucks with various materials
Coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of our processes are accomplished
Follow safety programs
Out of town travel
Experience operating a 30/40 ton hydraulic excavator
Experience using a mag & grapple
Experience shearing material
Experience processing, sorting & grading scrap metal
Knowledge of mechanical repairs on hydraulic excavator
Ability to lead and manage
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Minimum 5 years operating heavy equipment
